Atmosphere
Atmosphere + History + Berlin-Mitte ++ Prenzlauer Berg + Hotel Impressions + Ambiance
The grand entrance hall leading to the mezzanine, the painted courtyard gateway, the stucco and the old stairways – you instantly are connected to Berlin’s history. Based on the old floor plans, the rooms were individually arranged. They are all spaciously laid-out from the mezzanine to the attic, where you have a view over the city. And the rooms facing the green courtyard as well as the ones in the rear building make you forget that you are in the middle of Germany’s capital.
Everywhere in the hotel you will find testimonies of Berlin’s history. There are photos and illustrations of the Berlin castle, an extensive collection of various historic maps of the city. Even the veiling of the Reichstags building by the artist Christo in 1995 has been captured with a signed photograph.
